HB0/LI-004 – Augstenberg – 2359m – 10 Points
On 22 July 2013 I did an expedition to HB0 with the goal to activate Augstenberg (HB0/LI-004), then Gorfion (OE/VB-241) and finally Naafkopf (HB0/LI-002 – HB/GR-338 – OE/VB-123).

No there was no snow but Google Earth switched to winter. Unfortunately my GPS-logger wasn’t on all the time and a bit was logged after arriving at Sareis and the final approach to Augstenberg.

This is the car park in Malbun. It’s free and I took the cable car at 08:00 to Sareis (Bim Chrüz). That’s the mountain shown on the left.

My shack on Augstenberg (2359m). The highest point is a bit further to the South at 2365m.

KX3, inverted L. Malbun down on the left hand side and the cable car just behind the wodden cross. There are more OE/VB hills on the horizon.
