The path is really nicely done!

GW/SW-006 – Fan Gyhirych was my initial afternoon hill as seen from the car park but it was too foggy and windy and I chose GW/SW-010 instead.

Next time I will park my car a bit further down and take this path. First of all the walk starts flat and not down hill and secondly it is easier to navigate in foggy times. Although next time the sun will be out 🙂

Due to fog I came off the track during the ascend and was walking too much in direction South (left path in the above picture). As soon as my GPS showed 600m asl I was looking for the lake which I could’t see in the fog and concluded after looking the at my compass I must head North-West and after 5 minutes I finally found Llyn y Fan Fawr.
