Due to snow forecast I selected DM/BW-801 as a second hill after DM/BW-055. Well, a few minutes after I left the car and headed for Munzenberg rain set in. Therefore, my only goal was to reach the activation zone, bag four QSO and head down again. The 4 QSO turned out to be a strugle although I heard many K on 20m and 17m but eventually I managed 5 QSO after 15 minutes calling CQ on 12m, 15m, 17m, 20m (on 30m there was broadband QRM). Finally when I was back at the car park and stowed the SOTA gear away the sun came out …
