With temperature 30+ C it was too hot to work in the office and therefore I escaped to the SOTA hills. This time I activated DM/BW-293 and DM/BW-017.

Car park: 47.731601 N / 7.844611 E; 830m. I had the latest map on my TomTom satnav. Don’t get confused if TomTom proposes some cross-country roads. Simply follow the paved road signposted “Waldparkplatz” to the top.

- From the car park walk in zig-zag pattern up the hill.

- SOTA lists Zeller Blauen with an altitude of 1074m. The signs I’ve seen on the top and on several maps I consulted show 1077m. Anyhow both peaks are in the same activation zone and I chose the peak on the South side.
